1) Do you ship across Canada? What are the fees and timelines?
Yes. We ship Canada-wide via Canada Post/UPS/Purolator.
Processing time: 1–2 business days.
Transit time: 2–7 business days depending on province/territory and remote areas.
2) What is your return/exchange policy for cosmetics?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened/used items unless defective.
New, unopened items: Return/exchange within 14 days with receipt (original payment method or store credit).
Damaged/incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days with photos for a quick resolution.
3) Are your products authentic? How do you source them?
Yes, 100% authentic. We source directly from brands or authorized Canadian distributors. No grey-market or parallel imports.
4) Are prices tax-inclusive? Which payment methods do you accept?
Prices are before tax. Taxes (GST/HST/PST) are applied based on the shipping address.
We accept Visa/Mastercard/Amex, Interac Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Little Mysteries e-Gift Cards.
All transactions are processed securely in CAD.
5) I have sensitive skin. Can you help me choose and test safely?
Absolutely.
Every product page includes full ingredients and usage notes (e.g., “fragrance-free,” “no drying alcohol”).
1:1 consultations in-store or online to match your skin goals.
We suggest a patch test behind the ear or on the wrist for 24–48 hours before full-face use, especially with acids/retinoids.
Ask about samples and starter sizes where available.
